Academics
A child’s elementary education is the foundation upon which all subsequent learning is built, and therefore requires the utmost attention from parents and faculty. At St. Bernard Regional Catholic School, parents and faculty work together to challenge students and ensure that they learn the best possible study and work habits while obtaining the skills and knowledge essential for future success.
St. Bernard Regional Catholic School’s endeavors provide a well-balanced curriculum, which challenges students to develop to their full potential with an open, inquiring mind. The curriculum is designed to meet or exceed the standards established under state law. Courses include religion, reading, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, music, art, health, physical education and technology.
Educators at St. Bernard Regional Catholic School are always striving to provide new and innovative programs for its students. Special classes provided to our students include Spanish, computers and a third grade violin class.
Our students have a long record of success after graduation. Our graduates routinely make the honor roll in subsequent grades and distinguish themselves in academic, artistic, civic and athletic pursuits.
