St. Bernard School 2009-10 Fundraisers

Beginning September 2009 and continuing through May 2010 each family will be required to volunteer 30 hours of volunteer service to St. Bernard School.  Below is a list of approved (fundraising/expense saving) activities qualifying for the 30 hours of credit.

V  Pancake breakfasts: 9/13/09, 10/4/09, 11/8/09 and 1/31/10

V  Pasta dinners: 10/17/09 and 2/6/10

V  “Sin” Namon bun sales: 10/23/09 (Second date not yet confirmed)

V  Fish Fries: All Thursdays/Fridays during Lent beginning Ash Wednesday

V  Basket raffles: At all pasta dinners and six fish fries

V  Games of Chance at all pasta dinners and six fish fries

V  Hot lunch kitchen workers

V  Manna/Great Lakes

Your help allows our school to do the “little” extras for our children.

If your family chooses to opt out of volunteer hours, a $500 fee will be assessed. Family volunteers consist of parents, grandparents and siblings over the age of 16.
